India Contract website was created for educational purposes by two Indian students (NRI) majoring in contract management.

We realize that finding your way around contracts can be very difficult for those of us who are not attorneys.

The contracts and articles presented herein are illustrative materials only. They are not recommendations or suggestions, but only samples of clauses used in some contracts.

The target of this website is not to replace attorneys. It is quite the opposite - our target is to help you, the reader, understand how complex contracts and agreements can be and realize that we do indeed need an expert advice when entering into a contract.
